Select one or more routes, tracks and waypoints, then select the
Features > Transfer > Download GPX menu option from the itinerary page,
to download the chosen items in the GPX format.
The GPX file format can be imported into many Geographic Information System (GIS) based applications.
The KML file format is recognised by some GIS based applications, in particular Google Earth.
