Mail Notifications
If mail notifications stop working, check that the temporary work area for
the TWiki/MailerContrib plug-in exists. It should be under the temporary
working directory defined by the {WorkingDir} setting in the
LocalSite.cfg configuration file,
e.g. /var/tmp/twiki/work_areas/MailerContrib
Typically the script exhibits the following error message:
Failed to create MailerContrib work area. Check your setting of {RCS}{WorkAreaDir}
in <code>configure</code>.
