Waypoints

Waypoints are stored in individual GPX files. To create a new waypoint in an existing GPX file, visit the routes page and tap a path entry in the GPX file, then select the map button. See the map documentation to create the waypoint.

To create a new waypoint in a new untitled GPX file, make sure there are no currently selected paths, then visit the map page and create a new waypoint. When the save option is chosen, a new untitled GPX file is created. See the routes documentation to rename the GPX file.

To edit or remove existing waypoints, long-press any path entry for the GPX file on the routes page and select the Edit waypoints option.

A list of the existing waypoints is displayed. These can be deleted by using the Edit button in the tool bar and then deleting individual waypoints. Swiping left will also delete the waypoint on some platforms.

Pressing a waypoint entry when not in edit mode displays the waypoint editing page. There you can edit the name or select a different symbol.
